Question

Reader DC freezes when moving comments, bug?

Hi,

I experience the same phenomenon nearly every time I try to move comment text boxes in Reader DC. It's happened anywhere from 20 minutes to a couple hours after I've started working in a file. I'll go to move a comment and the application will freeze, as though I now have a screenshot of the application rather than a functional piece of software. There is no "not responding" indicator tacked onto the program title bar and I cannot close the application. My company's tech support team has tried repairing the installation, clearing my temp folders, and increasing the size of my virtual memory paging file to no success. They have no idea why this is occurring.

I didn't have this issue prior to upgrading to Reader DC. Is this a bug in this software version? Does anyone else experience this problem?

I also tried running with protected mode disabled and it crashed about 5 minutes ago.
