Adobe wurde bereits via Systemsteuerung repariert / neu installiert --> geht weiterhin nicht

Neustart PC --> geht weiterhin nicht

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

As per the issue description that you are getting a blank box or an error message while saving PDFs. Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better?

1. Application version?

2. Kindly tell us exact workflow to reproduce the issue.

3. Could you please type the error message, It would be helpful for us to translate and understand.

If the box appears while selecting "Save As" then follow the steps below:

1. Edit-> Preferences-> General

2. Clear the check box for the following options:

  • Show online storage when opening files
  • Show online storage when saving files

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harsh

Hey Harsh,

there is no error message! The small "Save as" window is grayed out and shows no options. The window is completely gray!

Have it completely reinstalled earlier --> still does not work
Version is: 2021.007.20099, 64-bit

Best regards
Thomas
