Reader DC opens pdf to save as dialog box. . .

Has anyone seen this before and is there a fix for it? Thanks

Hi Chareekc,

Could you please share the screenshot of the dialog box you have mentioned above?

I am assuming you are referring to the online storage options when you are saving the document.

You may open Acrobat and go to Preferences> General> Show Online Storage When Saving Files (Uncheck Box)

If this is not what you are looking for please help us with more information.

It's not happening on my machine. It's happening on one of the secretary's machines. When I click the link, the document is placed in my downloads. When she links the click it opens to a save as dialog box?? I have never seen this before. Very interesting. . .
