Reader DC uninstall/Cleaner/Install fails

Hi All,

    A user started getting error mesages from Reader from RdrCef.exe complaining about 16 bit program in a 64 bit OS. Couldn't repair, update, uninstall or Adobe Cleaner. Had to use Revo Uninstall.

On Win 10 Pro 64bit.

Now when running the full installer I get a quiet exit after Preparing to Install

Doing a web install gets Installation Failed, Click Finish,,, with no additional info'

Running Adobe Acrobat Cleaner DC 2015 gets a quite exit before clicking Accept on the license window.

OK, now I am out of tricks !

Anybody have some thoughts ?
