Reader displays NotoSans font incorrect

Hello. Can anybody tell me, why Acrobat Reader displays just a rectangles instead of correct symbols if NotoSansTC font (https://github.com/googlei18n/noto-cjk/blob/master/NotoSansTC-DemiLight.otf) is used in pdf. Other readers as FoxIt or viewer from Chrome browser at the same time render this file as it has to be.

If other font using (Like MS-Gothic) Reader displays text properly.

The file seems almost the same inside. It looks like the only meaningful differnce is the CIDToGID map.

I've read that Adobe reader had some problems with Noto fonts family and I'm wondering if it is the Reader bug or my pdf file have problems which I don't see.
