Reader does not open

If you continue to experience the same issue, then please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1- Restart your device. Sometimes, restarting the machine solves complex issues.

2- Once done, 

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:

Download the Acrobat Reader installer from here:

https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ 

If nothing works, create a hidden admin account on your system and launch the Acrobat in that.
