Reader in IE

Hi,

I have question, I hope that anybody here could know answer. In our company some people have sometimes problem with opening pdf in IE. On the first attempt, the first page (only first page) of the document is opened improperly. Some accents disappear. When it closes and open again, everything is ok.

But this problem has only a few people. I tried to change Adobe reader for Adobe DC. It seemed to help, but when connected to a home office worker problem again showed.

OS is win 7 pro

font is Fedra

Adobe version are  the newest

Do you have any idea?? Thank you so much for your replies
