I formatted my laptop today. I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. But I'm unable to download Adobe Reader despite several attempts. The installation completes, but when I launch Adobe Reader DC, a pop up says "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has stopped working". On clicking problem details, I get the following:

Please help! Before formatting, I was happily using Adobe Reader!

    Hi,

Could you please try running Reader as an administrator and see if that works:

Locate Reader's shortcut on desktop>right click>select Run as administrator.
