Reader not printing actual size

Hello all, I have a client who is using an HP Designjet T520 36" plotter printer for printing large sets of plans. The issue we are having is that all of a sudden when we attempted to print plans as we always have it cuts them off at 24" wide instead of 36". This also happens is we change the orientation from Auto to either horizontal or vertical. No difference. We are trying to print builders plans that are 24"x36" I have done the following to remedy this:

  • Updated drivers - old printer so PCL drivers are the latest
  • Updated reader
  • Checked print in actual size
  • Checked to have printer tell adobe what size paper is currently loaded
  • Tried to manually set paper size to ensure it was not this previous setting not working
  • Checked settings against another user who uses this printer frequently and they seem the same.
  • Attempted to "print as an image" but this option is grayed out. I am assuming this is due to the driver.
  • Downloaded Foxit pdf reader - and it prints perfectly fine, every time, for anything I throw at it.

My initial thinking was that it was the printer but if I use a different program (Foxit reader) it prints fine. And other people in the office are able to print fine in Adobe so I am thinking there is some setting I am missing. Please help. Thank you in advance.
