Reader not remembering Fullscreen setting...

Reader updated to 2021.005.20058 and now files that normally would open to fullscreen are not, even though open fullscreen is selcted in the file preferences.

When the document opens, I get the notcie saying acrobat is trying to open it in full screen. Checking on the "Remember my choice for this document" does nothing. The next time I open the document it is not full screen.

What's going on and how do I get this to work again?
