Reader not responding after launching

Hello

After I launch Acrobat Reader Dc the initial home page loads but when I try to click on something the reader freezes and stops responding, I have to close it via task manager.

I have tried many fixes but the only one that seems to be working is uninstalling and reinstalling it. (These are the fixes I have tried: https://windowsreport.com/fix-adobe-acrobat-reader-dc-not-responding/)

Could you guys help me to figure out a way that does not force me to reinstall the program every second day? 😄 

System: Windows 10, 64-bit
