Reader on the taskbar

Hi,

Is it possible to change the option so that the newly opened pdf document does not maximize the program when it is minimized to the bar? The point is, when I have one pdf file open and want to open another one, it doesn't make the program appear on the screen, it will be on the bar all the time.
