Reader Printer dialog box

When I try to print to a different tray as I work in a medical office and use claim forms it is not shown now.  Before it would show different trays and was able to pick actual size, etc and would print just fine. Now I get this and it wont print like it used too..Can anyone help me get the old one back??

This is not related to Adobe Reader. You should as you IT administrator, if there has been a new printer driver installed. It looks like you're using a simple PCL driver now, with a rudimentary UI. You can propably select the paper source under the [Page/Quality] tab or when you click the [Advanced] button.
