Reader says document is corrupt other programs open

Hello,

  I was wondering if someone could help me with an issue we're having with some PDFs that have form fields in them. Adobe reader v11 and Adobe DC both say that the PDF is corrupted. This specific PDF has been filled in on an Android phone and emailed to us in the office. It has 1 page and at most 20 form fields. However, we have been able to open it without issue using Firefox and its built in PDF viewer as well as the native PDF viewer that is on our employee's Blackberry Z10 phone. Is there a way to get Adobe Reader or Adobe DC to open the file?
