Reader showing loading circle and freezes

Hi Community

I have a problem with Acrobat Reader Pro. A few seconds after opening a PDF file, Acrobat displays a loading circle on a grey box and freezes.

I have turned off security and all features, updated Acrobat but no result. I can't close it after freezing - only close in task manager works.

    I'm having the same problem. Can't even load Acrobat reader by itself, let alone with any PDF. Always freezes with circle at 25% filled in. Been like this for a few weeks now. Reader touch works but far fewer features. I'm on fully updated windows 10 laptop with no other problems. it's just a simple pdf reader, please fix this!

    Also, i tried rebooting, uninstalling, repair patching, all the normal steps. This app is broken on your end, Adobe.
