Reader Stays Open After Quick Print from Outlook
We recently updated Acrobat Reader to the most recent version and when we try to quick print in Outlook, the Acrobat Reader window opens minimized and never closes. The document is printing correctly. The issue I'm running into is when the user leaves for the day, they do not close the blank Adobe Acrobat Reader window that opened.
When they come in the next day, the Adobe Acrobat Reader window is closed, but there are 2 instances of Adobe Reader running in the background (if you check the task manager). When the user tries to print, the prints fail until we force close Adobe Reader from the Task Manager. Also, each time the user failts to print, a new Acrobat window is opened in the background.
