Reader STILL crashing while performing SAVE AS function

I have yet to get an answer to why my Adobe Reader is crashing while doing a SAVE AS function. It's been over nine (9) months. I've upgraded to Windows11, uninstalled using the special tool, reinstalled. Nothing helps.  It is extremely annoying and not worthy of Adobe.

    I also ran the PROCMAN util and gathered all the logs. After hours of doing ADOBE'S WORK, the only advice I got was to create a new windows account. That's ludicris. I am NOT (and no user should be required) to create a new profile and redo their entire system for Reader to work properly. Either fix it or don't make it available any more.
