Reader will not convert pdf to Word

Question

When I try to convert I get the error message "Internal Server Error: An error occurred while connecting to the service. Please try again later" I do try but the error persists and has done for several days.

I have previously coverted all types of documents no problem and as far as I can see my account is paid up and cpable of conversion.

Thank you for reaching out.

Try converting the PDF to Word using the Acrobat Online account.

- Open the link: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and sign in using your Adobe ID.

- Go to the Convert tab and select Convert PDF to Word.

Check if you still get the error message.

On the desktop application, try signing out and rebooting the machine once. Then sign in again and check if it works.

Ensure that the connection is not intermittent.
