Uninstalled, cleaned, reinstalled, nothing, Procedure Explorer shows it launch and close.

Just a quick follow up and checking if you were able to resolve your issue by applying the latest updates to Acrobat.

Hi,

 

Try uninstalling again but before reinstalling download the latest updated version from here:

ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC/1902120049/

And install and run the Windows Install Uninstall Troubleshooter
