    Hey there!

Sorry to hear about the trouble opening PDFs.

The could you have been trying to open, where exactly it was saved? Locally on your system or on some online storage?

    • Try opening a different pdf which is saved in your system's document library or somewhere else.
    • If its your Reader isn't functioning properly, then Open Reader>help>check for update>reboot Reader
    • Still no luck? Navigate to Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Startup" and "Enhanced Security">OK>Reboot Reader

Note: Changing the above security settings could pose security risks. We suggest you to turn it back On once you are done with testing.

    Thanks,

    Akanchha

Despite being saved, the pdf can not be opened. Some are in emails, other in saved documents so I guess its best to save in another programe such as word, at the time. Noticed changes last year when tyring to view online public access council planning documents as I was being asked to subscribe to something and only page at a time!
