Reader won't download...

I need help downloading the free adobe reader that comes with my statement, i keep getting an error message that reads: I have the newest version of adobe : readerdc_en_1_cra_install.exe exists. it also says its a binary file and when i go into my control panel to delete im not seeing it.  Can you help me please?

    Hi Eugenie,

    Are you downloading the Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe site? If not, then do that. Then follow the instructions for installing after it is downloaded.

    What operating system and version?

    What is the error message, exactly? A screen shot would help.

    What is the statement that you refer to, and in what way does it include the Adobe Acrobat Reader?

    What are you trying to delete that you don't see?
