Reading Adobe Acrobat Document on Phone

I have the Adobe Acrobat system where I can edit files and PDF's. When I go to send the PDF to people and they open the PDF document from their email on their phone, the document is blank. Is there a way I can fix that?

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    As per my understanding of the issue, you are sending pdfs to users (edited in Adobe Acrobat) to their email and when users are opening the pdf, it shows blank pdf, is that correct?

    Could you let us know the application users are using to read the pdf- is it Acrobat Reader?

    Which device users are reading pdf on- Android/iOS?

    Have you tried sending other pdfs?
