Reading Comments from tutor on assignment

I can't access the comments in the pdf document in acrobat reader.

We are sorry for the trouble. As dewscribed you are unable to read comments in Acrobat Reader

 

Is this a issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If its a file specific issue please share the file with us for testing.

 

What is the version of the Adobe AcrobatReader you are using? To chek the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat Raeder DC.
Make sure you have the latest version 20.009.20067 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

 

You may also try to turn off the protected mode for testing. Go to Edit (Windows), Adobe Acrobat Raader DC (Mac) > Preferences > Enhanced Security > Turn off the Protected Mode and Uncheck the Enhanced Security > Click OK
Note: Please turn on the security after testing.

Thank you for your email of assistance. It is a lifeline greatly appreciated. Do you have an email I can send because we are unable to attach it here? I can access other documents with feedback, I also have the up to date version of acrobat reader.
