Hello,

I can not open a specific pdf form. I am requested to download a program thorugh this link http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

I did so but the error notification ; "Please wait... If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document. You can upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader for Windows®, Mac, or Linux® by visiting http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html." still appears. Can someone provide another link to open this document please?

Thank you!!

Open the form in Acrobat Reader, not in browser.

So yeah. It sounds like your browser wants to use it's own pdf viewer to open the document. Some of them do a bad job especially when it comes to fillable forms (which I'm guessing is what you are trying to open).

Right-click (or the equivalent if you are on a Mac), choose to save the pdf to your computer, open Reader then use File>Open to open the PDF.
