recognising Greek text?

As per the above-mentioned description, you are not getting Greek language as an option when trying to change the language under Export PDF, is this correct?

Assuming you have Adobe Reader installed on your machine, Greek language isn't available in Reader when exporting a PDF.

You may try Adobe Acrobat which does include Greek language support while exporting.
