Recommended tools for you

It's the least of the problems that Acrobat's attrotious UI has right now to be honest.    For me the thing that gets me the most worked up is the 'Recommended tools for you' section which doesn't contain ANY of the tools that I use frequently, it contains tools that I've specifically removed from the list because I don't need them.     Why can't this actually do what it should do?
