Recovering lost changes on a file in ADOBE reader - please help

Question

Hi!I have an issue in that I was working on a file in adobe reader (filling out a workbook), for a long time (several weeks). I always left it open and the other day I went to close everything and I could not save the file. I do have autosave on my adobe reader but when I look at the file that is saved none of my changes are in it. Is there any way I can recover the version with my changes in it? This represents several weeks worth of work so any help is hugely appreciated!thank you.

You worked on a file for several weeks and never made a single back-up copy of it? If not, then you've learned a valuable lesson about the importance of doing backups, unfortunately at a steep price...
