recreate (reduced) window size

I'll start with opening the thumbnail file in windows folder; 1. click on the file and opens as big as the screen size (in the adobe window). 2. click the reduce window icon. 3. close the window. 4. every file that opens (from any windows folder) will open at the reduced size. This doesn't happen with CREO (Pro-E) when doing "save as" DRW file to PDF file. The file always opens full screen in the Adobe window. If you reduce the size and save another DRW file to PDF, it will open in the reduced size Adobe window. But if you close the reduced size window, it will open full size. It used to work befor I got upgraded to Adobe 2017.
