Red radio buttons BUG PDF

Hello,

Our team develops a questionnaire with radio buttons, usually grouped together (3 radio buttons per question).

Each button is linked by a score using a java script.

At the end a total score is calculated.

However, we have a problem that appears when we open the pdf with adobe reader pro: all radio buttons are surrounded by red. We tried to change the format, the colour, nothing works.

Do you know how to remove the red colour please?
