LARGE PDF FILE SIZES.

I have a contact who uses Adobe Acrobat with a Imac and a Mac AirBook where via the 'Save as or preview' option gives her a choice of 'Reduce File Size'.

Using a PC and Acrobat DC, can you reduce a large pdf file you have received without losing any quality. I cannot seem to find this option on my PC, perhaps this is something just for Apple computers?

    The full version of Acrobat has this but the free Acrobat Reader does not.

    Yes. Mac has it's own pdf generator that you wouldn't have on your Windows machine.

    When using an Imac or similar, that option may be referred to as a "Quartz Filter"?
