Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience and the delayed response.

 

If you have already received an Email related to the refund being initiated and it has not been settled in your bank account, we would suggest contacting your Bank.

 

Generally, once a refund is initiated, it does not take more than 7 business days for the amount to settle down in your account.
