Refund for subscription

hi everyone a year ago now I subscribed to an adobe product and i noticed today that 21.00 has been taken out of my account. i looked into this and it turns out Adobe sent me an email on March 16th advising me to cancel the subscription if I did not want it. However I did not see the email. Is there any way I can get a refund? I don't even use the product. Thank you!!

    You need to contact support to get information on this.

    Please click on this link Contact Customer Care and sign in with your Adobe ID.

    You will find the sign in option on top right of the page.

    Then click on "Still need help?Contact us" option provided below and select chat or phone.
