Regarding Adobe Reader 9 Uninstall

Hello! I have a problem trying to uninstall adobe reader 9 components. It is still there in programs (x86) after uninstalling. If I install over it, reader doesn't work on some things.

So I got onto Support via Chat, and then after searching, it seems that they couldn't help, so then told me to ask in the Forums to get the answer. (This seems a little strange to me) but I would appreciate information on this problem.

I have windows  7 with IE11
