So I wanted to know that is it possible to remove highlight for few words from a highlighted line in Adobe Acrobat X Pro. If yes, then can you let me know step wise solution. Thanks...

Not easily, no. A script might be able to do it, but the process will be more complicated than just re-doing the highlight without those words, I think.

Ohhhh....thanks for reply....So we cannot do the thing I want in latest versions of Adobe Acrobat?

You can, but it would require a custom-made script.
