Rename Adobe Acrobat Reader x64 start menu shortcuts

The Acrobat Customization Wizard allows you to modify the start menu shortcuts.

You can create new folders and shift where the shortcuts are created.

But the rename option is greyed out.

Is there anything I can do to be able to rename the shortcuts?

Adobe Reader x64 defaults the name to Adobe Acrobat DC which I would like to change
