Rename not an option in Recent folder

Cannot change filename in Recent folder. If I look for file under Local folder, it does not show the file. I must do a search for the file in Recent folder while in Local colder to find the file. Then I can follow the steps in Local to rename the file. Why doesn't Adobe allow me to change filename when it's just been downloaded and appears at the top of the Recent folder? Instead, I must switch to Local for that for some reason does not display the newest files (downloaded or created) at the top of the list, creating the necessity of the file search, locating the file and then renaming it. Please have the same menu options under Recent folder (press, hold, rename) that is part of the Local folder.
