Request E-sign is not available

Question

In the adobe acrobat Pro application, it is not possible to request a signature. This option is just not available. However in the online version of Adobe, the option is there. Image 001 is the desktop version. Image 002 is the web version.

To try and solve this issue these are the things done:

Clean installation of adobe
Adobe repair
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\cServices

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat.

Have you checked if the value bToggleManageSign is set to 0 in the registry? The default value should be 0, but in case this has been changes to 1, the feature will not appear on the application.
