[Request] Looking for AcrobatDCUpd1901220034_incr.msp (19.012.20034)

Hello everyone,

I am looking for the incremental patch AcrobatDCUpd1901220034_incr.msp, which corresponds to version 19.012.20034 (Planned update, May 14, 2019) for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2019 (Continuous Track).

I recently had to format my PC and I reinstalled all updates sequentially. I already have the subsequent patches (from 19.012.20035 up to 19.021.20061), but I am missing this specific one (19.012.20034). Without it, the installer does not allow me to apply the following updates.

I have tried downloading it from the official Adobe paths, such as:
https://ardownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/AcrobatDC/1901220034/
but directory listing is disabled, and the public FTP no longer allows anonymous browsing.

Does anyone have a copy of this file or know of a reliable repository/mirror where I can download it?


If anyone has it stored in their local update cache folder, I would really appreciate a copy.

I would greatly appreciate any clues or help.

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the troubled experience.
    I also tried downloading the patch from here: https://adobe.ly/4oHVx4Z, and I can see the issue is reproducible.


    I am wondering why you are using such an old version when you can update to the latest version of the app. I suppose you have an Acrobat Subscription and you can avail the latest version available. ​

    Thank you very much for your reply and for taking the time to test the link. I really appreciate it.

    Just to clarify, the link you shared (https://adobe.ly/4oHVx4Z) is indeed very helpful—it allowed me to see the full list of patches and the correct order in which they should be applied. However, the specific incremental patch I'm missing (19.012.20034) is not available there, and that's the one I need to continue with the sequential installation.

    Regarding your question about why I'm using version 2019: I simply find its interface much cleaner and more straightforward for my workflow. Starting with the 2020 version, the home screen became quite cluttered with elements that I don't use, which makes navigation confusing for me. I've been using this version for years and it works perfectly for what I need, so I'd prefer to keep it rather than switch to a newer interface that would require me to relearn where everything is.

    I understand that Adobe has added options to disable the new interface in later versions, but since I already have a stable setup with version 2019, I would rather continue with it as long as it meets my needs.

    Thanks again for your help. If you or anyone else happen to have that specific patch file stored somewhere, I would be very grateful.
