      Hi Natalieb69441248,

      Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

      As the error message said, the user account is used on many devices. In this case you need to Sign Out from the other devices which are not in use.

      Do you see an option to "Sign me out from other devices" on the screen? If yes, then select that and proceed.

      As I assume you are working with free application Adobe Reader DC so if you keep getting the authorization error the use a different Adobe ID to "Sign In".
