Resize pdf proportionally

Preciso alterar o tamanho de um pdf já fechado de 16x23 cm para 13,5x20,5. Para fazer isso preciso escrever a porcentagem de redução no comando print Adobe PDF. Como encontro esse porcentagem?

Quando fiz uma regra de 3 de 16 para 13,5 deu um valor e de 23x20,5 deu outro.

The you can do it using the Preflight tool. Search for a Preflight Profile called "Scale Pages".

What application are you using? You posted in the Reader forum but if you have the Adobe PDF printer then you must have Acrobat.
