Resizing entire page
The pdf form that I have downloaded needs to be larger so that the printed copy fills more of the page. How do I do this.

You can't resize pages in Reader, but you don't need to. Simply select the Fit option in the Print dialog and the file will be scaled to best fit the size of the print paper.
