Retrieve original data creation of a downloaded pdf document

Hi!

When I download a PDF document from a certain web site if I look into document properties I see that the creation date is the current date (exactly the date when I've downloaded the document - i.e. today).

Is there any way/tool to see when the document was created and uploaded to the web site from where I can download it?
