need to know about Adding the Ribbon View Tabs for Chapters.

It's most likely just a static image with button fields or links placed on top of it.

Dear Thanks for Reply the tabs are helping to move/navigate to chapters need to know how to create the tabs for a new document.

There's no such thing as tabs in PDF files. As I said, they are most likely just buttons.

If you have Acrobat then you can add new button fields and set them to lead to a page when clicked. You can't do any of that if you have the free Reader.
