why do I have to sign in every time I open anything?

I check "keep me signed in".

Every time, anytime, all the time - it ask me to sign in again.

WHY?

    Are you referring to the Adobe login page or Adobe Acrobat? If you are trying to Sign In on web and its keep asking you to Sign In then you may try with a different web browser.

    • If it works with a different web browser, then you may reset the settings of current one and check back.
    • For adobe Acrobat you may check if you have the latest version installed. Open Acrobat>Help>Check for update.
