rotate plans

Hello all!   beffore I could rotate for instance  a plan for a modelplane  90 degreas in windows 7,  but it seames impossible now  with windows 10. does anyone  have a soloution for my??

    Are you using Adobe Reader? If so, what version?

    With Reader you can only rotate the pages' view, which is temporary. You will need Acrobat to do actually rotate them permanently.
