Where is the cut and paste tool. I just cant find it on the free adobe. can someone help.

You can't cut in Acrobat Reader, it won't delete text. You can't paste for the same reason. But you can copy. But it is like all other apps - use the Edit menu, or Ctrl+C to copy.  No edit menu? Get Acrobat Reader DC, http://get.adobe.com/reader
