SAP Print Adobe PDF error

Hi, 

I'v got the following message in SAP when i try to print a PDF and use the adobe printer and/or microsoft print to pdf :

 

 

Could you help me ? 

 

I'v try to install the latest version of Adobe Reader x64 and x32.

    Hi there

     

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

     

    As described you are getting this error in SAP, are you able to print the file otherwise (Outside SAP)?

     

    Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

     

    Also, try to redownload the PDF or recreate it from the original source file and see if that works.
