Samsung store üzerinden yıllık acrobat reader mobil satın aldım fakat ürünü ücretsizdwn premiuma yükselttim fakat geçmedi  ürünü tekrar al diyince zaten üyesinin diyor. Ama ben ürünün premium özelliklerini kullanamıyorum. Ürün ücretsiz sürümden çıkmıyor. Bu konuda yardımcı olur musunuz?

    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to find any active plan/subscription for Acrobat premium. If you may have used a different Adobe ID/email for the purchase, please logout of the application and relogin with the correct one and see if that works.
