Save an PDF attachement in Outlook.

Hi,

I use the free version of Adobe reader version: 2019.010.20069 and when I receive an e-mail with a PDF attached I want to mark text in the PDF and save it to that e-mail so I can forward it. But now when I change the PDF (mark text) and I want to save it Adobe Reader asks me to save it instead of Outlook and wants to save it locally or in the cloud and I have to attach it to a whole new e-mail. I used to be able to do this but with the new version I am not able to anymore.

Does anyone know how to enable this?

I am using Outlook 2013.
