Hello,

an user can't save a PDF to a network drive.

The error says, that there were no available space left.

So i checked the available space and the NTFS and share rights, everything is ok.

The user can save to dektop and move the file afterwards without problems.

It is a RDS Terminalserver 2012R2 with Reader XI 11.0.19

Is there more i have to check?

The local drives are hidden, but access is possible and there is enough space left.

Thanks for your help.

    Hi Ingbuerodrplesnik,

You may refer to the forum thread Error while saving a .PDF File to a mapped drive  where similar issue has been addressed and resolved.

For the testing purpose, you may disable the Protected Mode and check again.

    Edit>Preferences>Security Enhanced

(You may turn it back on, as for security reasons its not recommended to keep the Protected Mode off)

Let us know if it works with the solution suggested above.

    Regards,

    Akanchha

    Hi Akanchha,

    thanks for your reply.

I had a look at the settings for this terminalserver and the protected mode is on, so i will test this with the person, who has reported this issue.

It will be hopefully next week.

    I will reply then.

    Have a nice weekend.
